Hi there, I’m Beam. Nice meeting you! สวัสดีครับ! 👋
This website is my dimension (huh?) or somebody would call it hypertext notebook or even hypertext garden. Whatever name you find cool, this is essentially a living set of notes linked together to create a knowledge base which I then put on web to serve as a repository of my rambling. And by living, it means this whole thing is not a finished product and never will be. As such, any contents I put in here exist at varying stages of completion, if completion ever exist.
Let’s start by putting some links:
- I’m currently working on a GxP-compliant Pharma 4.0 SaaS solution as a Senior Solution Architect @ Factorytalk.
- Read through my Career Path to learn how I ended up here.
- Know me through my Hobbies.
- Architects don’t belong in Agile, or are they?
All you need to do is click on what is interesting. That’s the deal of these hypertext gardens (or notebooks): they are designed to create never-endings loop of browsing and opening endless new tabs. If you spent a huge chunks of your free time frenziedly reading Wikis like me, then you’ll surely get what impending doom these gardens are meant to be. Hopefully you’ll enjoy your stay and at least have fun browsing through my thoughts while also feel like sitting down and talking with me over a drink.
PS. You might notice that my legal name is a bit long. That’s because I’m a native 🇹🇭 Thai speaker. Obviously I’m bilingual (hopefully one day a polyglot) and 🇬🇧 English is my 2nd language, so please bare with me if you find my English grammatically wrong or a bit strange (and I haven’t even started about my accent yet!).
Btw, how did you set this, uh, dimension up?
Since I don’t want to maintain CI/CD pipeline and front-end code in my free time, I opted to use Obsidian with Quartz, version control them on GitHub and then automatically deploy them using Netlify. Thanks to this workflow combining open source software and managed services with free-tier, I can now write my contents on Obsidian and occasionally working on the front-end code only when I feel like giving the web a glow-up, all for free. I also wrote a blog for it (only in Thai for now).
Disclaimer
Contents in this digital garden are my own opinion, observations, reasonings and experiences, so don’t take them as facts or white papers.
